  Not impressed at all.
  I am commenting about calling the store as a first time caller. I haven't been there in person, but this is why.
  
  I just called to ask about a food that is made by Mazuri. The guy that answered was short, to the point, monotone voice, not nice at all. Sounded like answering the phone was a burden. I am so put off by this, I'm not wasting my time going there.
  
  They didn't have the food I asked about. I'm not special ordering from that rude guy.
  
  I was going to support a local business, but not this one. Tractor Supply was very nice on the phone and can special order the food I need. I have not been to that store either.
